MEALS: The conference registration fee of $30 for faculty and $20 for students will be payable at the conference and will cover most food expenses. However, REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.    Conference Registration

ACCOMMODATIONS: A limited number of rooms have been placed on hold for conference attendees at the Hampton Inn on Farrington Road in Chapel Hill. SERSAS/SEAN will pay for a limited number of rooms for attendees for Friday night only (single occupancy). We can pay for both Friday and Saturday nights if guests share a room.

This year there will be a change in the way reservations are handled. The hotel has asked us to compile a rooming list, rather than attendees calling the hotel directly. You must email Stacey Sewall with your rooming information by January 8, 2019. Please indicate in your email whether you are sharing the room (and if so, with whom) and which night(s) you are staying. If you do not receive a reply confirming receipt of this email, please resend. Your email will be considered a reservation, and it must be canceled by the morning of Feb. 6 if you are no longer able to attend. Cancellation after that date may result in charges being billed.

The group rate for the hotel is $104 per night + occupancy tax. Reserving by January 8, 2019 will be necessary for SERSAS/SEAN to cover the cost of your room. Please note that additional charges such as phone and meals will not be covered. Hotel costs for nights other than Friday, Feb. 8 are the responsibility of the conference attendee. You will need to provide a credit card at the hotel when you check in. The Hampton Inn offers a local shuttle but airport transportation is the responsibility of the guest.
